INGREDIENTS
2 complete skinless chicken thighs
250 g of small sliced button mushrooms
1 chopped onion
4 tbsp. tablespoons of crème fraîche with 4% fat
juice of 1 and a half lemon or less according to taste
2 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil
salt
black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
In a pan, heat the olive oil then brown the chicken thighs on both sides, add salt and pepper.
Then remove and reserve in a dish.
In the same pan, put the chopped onion and let sweat for 3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms cut into strips then cook for about 6 minutes, turning from time to time.
When the mushrooms have browned nicely, put the chicken thighs back in the pan.
add the lemon juice, salt, black pepper and cream then cook covered for about 10 minutes.
Make sure the chicken thighs are cooked through before removing from the heat.
Serve hot and enjoy!
